Dues A fair share deduction for members of the Association who work full time remains at $8 per paycheck -- one of the lowest in the state. For those who work half time or less, it remains at $4 per paycheck.
For non-members, the fair share contribution for full-time employees is $7.60 per paycheck and $3.80 for those who work half time or less.
If you work full time, for 40 cents per pay period (20 cents for half-time or less), you can have a voice in the operations and decisions of the Association.
